Great customer service, xlnt communication, they seem to work with numerous ins. co's. I respect quality work and solid customer service and this place doesn't disappoint. Plus, they cleaned and washed my truck before giving me the keys.

CARSTAR Robert’s provided excellent service for my Subaru again! Completed on schedule with excellent service and communication, our Crosstrek looks great again. I really appreciated being kept in the loop regarding the repairs being made on my car. The number of text messages was impressive, and made me feel that I was extremely well informed as to the progress being made. My adjuster,Chuck, was on top of my repairs, was informative, and got the job done quicker than anticipated. I would like to mention how professionally I was greeted by the young ladies at the front counter. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They had the answers to all my questions. Never once did I feel I was in the twilight zone. In total I had a great experience.
