This trip involved a complicated maneuver, which included seeking a phantom leak in my cooling system. The job took 24 hours longer than was originally anticipated, due, said Sylvia, to the mechanic's desire to get everything absolutely right. The estimate was accurate to the very penny.

On Wednesday, March 31, 2010, I brought my vehicle in for service because the "check engine" light came on. My children and I were on vacation, and approximately 700 miles from home, and had to find an auto repair shop before doing anything else. The young lady who took my information was polite and professional as well as understanding. After I told her our situation, she went above and beyond her duties and offered to give my children and I a complimentary ride to the Monterey Bay Aquarium while the vehicle was serviced. The gentleman that drove us to the aquarium was equally polite and professional. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone, even if we don't live in Monterey! Thank you again to the staff at Robert's Auto Repair, you helped make our vacation emergency a little less hectic! =D
