Brought my car in after hitting a rock and tearing up the underside. They got my car up on the rack for inspection within 15 minutes of my arrival and had the problem diagnosed and a solution with pricing in a half hour. I brought my car in for the repair and had it back in good order within 5 days. I’m very happy with the customer service of everyone involved, from the owner to Gina, the estimater, the folks at the counter, the mechanics and the detail crew. My car looks brand new!!

Staff was pleasant , helpful and courteous . I appreciated their hospitality, thank goodness that they had coffee ! The account representative that was assigned to handle my vehicle was professional and helped to make a stressful situation not that stressful. He was respectful, thorough , pleasant and helpful . I also was left with the overall impression that this is s company where everyone works very well in teamwork . The work that was completed on my vehicle was perfect .

This shop is run so efficiently and from the moment I drove up to inquire about an estimate, I was treated with respect and importance. My repair was obviously not a big money-maker, but I was helped immediately. I was given options and then kept informed once my vehicle was under repair. It was returned on schedule, and honestly, I felt like they did more than promised. My car looked brand new! I would recommend this shop to anyone needing excellent collision repairs. 10 out of 10!!
