What is hard to evaluate is the cost . The estimate was around $5,000 but the insurance co gets a better price the adjusted price came in at $2900. I’m sure the ins will nail me on higher cost next year. Hardy seem fair. Although not CARSTAR fault.

The entire team, comprising technicians, front desk personnel, and administrative staff, is working together seamlessly, maintaining a high level of professionalism. The establishment is an automotive service center where staff conduct themselves in a quiet and highly accommodating manner. I recently visited CarStar shop to repair my vehicle’s bumper, which sustained damage from a rear-end collision, and was pleased that the work was completed on the same day. I had a great experience with the team at Robert’s Collision & Repair. From the moment I walked in, the front staff—especially Amanda—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Matt was also very kind and took the time to guide me through the entire process, which really helped ease my stress. I worked directly with Linda, and she was amazing. She was very accommodating, paid close attention to detail, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was ready on time. She kept me updated consistently, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received. Being in an accident is already stressful, but Robert’s Collision & Repair made the whole experience smooth and easy.
