Seriously the BEST customer service from everyone, but especially Linda!! 🥹 This was my first ever car crash, so I was honestly really stressed and had no idea what to expect, but they made the whole process so easy and reassuring from start to finish. My car’s paint came out even better than the day I got her, which I didn’t even think was possible 😭✨ From the estimate to getting my car back, it was under two weeks for a full bumper and door repair. That’s actually crazy fast. I’m beyond grateful and will 100% be recommending them to anyone who needs amazing paint work AND top-tier customer service.

The body shop did a very nice job repairing and painting the front bumper of my vehicle. In general my experience with the estimator and front desk was ok - there was some confusion when dropping off and picking up the car over the appointment, lack of communication that car would be held for a day longer than promised, and shuttle reservation - but we worked through it. They clearly identified a 3% additional charge if paying by credit card which I avoided using a debit card. Price felt a little high but not unreasonable. All work was detailed. This was my second experience with Robert’s Collision and I would come back for auto body work in the future if needed.
