Great service - made me feel super comfortable from the start, estimated time and cost was spot on, 10/10 customer service, the work done on my car turned out perfect/like it never happened. They could probably use more parking space but I always found a spot after a couple minutes pass.(I also don’t think they can do anything about that)My car smelt like it had been in the shop for a couple days so maybe some air freshener spray right before you hand it back. I did drive with the windows down for a couple of minutes and the shop smell went away. I can’t be mad about anything because they made everything else perfect 👍

From the minute I walked in the door I received 5 star service. They explained everything to me and how the process worked with billing my car insurance. My car was ready in the time frame they quoted me. I would definitely recommend them for all your car repair needs.

This was my third experience with Robert's Collision & Repair within the last 12 months. The professional treatment they provided was excellent every time. Matt has handled two of my cases. He was on top of the entire process, texting or calling with updates. Jessica, Amanda, and Jennifer at the front counter are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Because of my three successful contacts with the staff at Robert's, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
