Roberts is a great repair shop but like every other business, they have been impacted by supply chain issues. It took more than three weeks to get my car repaired and it was ready on the day my rental car coverage expired. This caused me some anxiety, but my estimator, Linda, was really terrific. She made sure that my car got washed and cleaned with a very little delay when I showed up late Friday afternoon to pick up my car. The convenience of having an enterprise Rent-A-Car desk inside the facility and the ability to return my rental car directly to the repair shop was a godsend.
