When my Honda was crashed into I was devastated. Devoid of any hope and fearing the worst. It wasn’t even possible to drive away from the accident because of the damage. So, despite my trust in AAA, I was a bit nervous about ever seeing my baby as I drove behind the tow truck to Carstar Robert’s Collision and Repair (their recommended repair shop). Well, my first impression was decent. The staff was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and handled the drop off process rather quickly and smoothly. What happened next is what I was most impressed by. In the time between my car being dropped off and picked up the communication regarding updates was outstanding. I felt confident in their work because of this transparency and it eased my anxious thoughts. The day finally came when I received the positive news of my car being ready for pick up! I received a call the day before it was expected to be completed, which was wonderful given my schedule, and once there I couldn’t have asked for an easier pick up. Fortunately, the deductible was waived and that likely helped my mood, but while I never hope my car is in another accident, I absolutely know where I’ll be taking it if it does! I would recommend Robert’s Collision to colleagues, friends, family… Needless to say, I was very impressed and pleased with the service provided. Included are the ‘before’ pictures and by the time I got my car back I couldn’t even tell it had been in an accident!
