Carstar Roberts did an amazing job on my Honda Accord. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair and made my rental car process so easy! My car looks even better than before it got damaged. Highly recommend them!

People, This is a first rate operation!, They are a ABOVE and BEYOND, auto repair shop, my truck came back in factory new condition, was completely detailed inside and out .I could not believe what a fantastic job they had done. In a world where most companies do medium work at best, they exceeded my wildest expectations!, Never have I been more pleased with the outcome of a job well done! From the moment I first stepped into Roberts shop and was greeted by their receptionist (Jessica) and spoke to their specialist (RikkI) have I been more welcomed and impressed by their professionism, even when I recieved my truck back I was greeted by the owner (Robert Weisenburg) and was so impressed by his personal touch, it litterly brought tears to my eyes. I am in the hotel business, and often find people complain about every little detail, so I wanted to make a point of telling everyone that first class service still exists, THIS IS AN AMAZING ATTENTION TO DETAIL OPERATION!!! Great jog team ROBERTS ... Well done, and many , many THANK YOUS!
