Ordered a tire a day before. Took my vehicle in next day. Tire was replaced while I was there. Had a cup of coffee, donuts were there but I didn't eat (watching waist size lately). After 20 min, I drove my wagon back to my office w/ a new tire and resumed work. No complaints!

I am completely and totally impressed! I took my car to Robert's for a 30K service and was promised 2.5 hours. The car was ready early and was completely cleaned and polished. All check listed items were initialed as checked. Eventhough the tires were to be rotated, the mechanic suggested not to rotate them because the best tires were already on the front. Everything was handled professionally, courteously and with real caring....they are absolutely the best in the West. They have my business for life!! RC Kramer

I was dreading my 10am appointment today with the Geico adjuster at Robert's Auto on Ramona. I thought were the heck is this shady place? Found out it is just minutes from where I live and conveniently off Del Monte Ave. in Monterey. I pulled up to a glorious new looking establishment and walked in the double glass door to two friendly ladies at the reception desk. They sent me to a lovely office to the left where I met Erik.He was not sketchy at all and this place looked clean and organized. I showed him my car and the damages from a rear-ending accident nearly 5 months ago and in less than what felt like 5 minutes came back with a check for the damages. I was blown away. He was a great listener, had amazing customer service skills, very professional and thorough. He made such a good impression that if I end up fixing the bumper that I may in fact bring it back to Robert's instead of the couple other places that I got quotes for. He was that good.Thanks Erik for a fast and painless meeting. You are the best auto adjuster I've ever met. You rock!

Left my vehicle at the shop for a fix of two oil leaks. They were fixed, the final amount due was less than quoted, and my car was ready when Silvia said it would be! Always great service! Oh, and my oil leaks are gone!

When Sylvia told me I needed a new gasket, I asked her if it was covered by warranty, since this gasket had been replaced almost a year ago (if memory serves). Sylvia said, "Absolutely." Because the work might last past the time I had to pick up my daughter from school, Sylvia said a driver would take me to my daughter's school to pick her up, if necessary. It wasn't necessary. Robert's returned my car a half-hour before I had to pick up my daughter. Absolute perfection!

World class attention to service. All of my pre-conceived notions about a repair shop are gone. Their service level and attention to detail are beyond anything I've experienced with local auto shops. Bravo. Here, the customer is #1 and not just rhetoric. The employees care about the customer just as much as the owner does. I will definitely take my car here again.

We brought our Passat here once for extensive body work and once for major engine work.On both occasions I had questions and issues about a few points and they answered all of them and took the time to explain it all and rectify the small issues left. They also pointed out a problem area with the CV boots being torn.I usually do all my own work but decided to pay for the timing belt change because it would have taken me more than 1 weekend.To be complete, the gal who coordinates the auto repair, although very knowledgeable about repair, has a bit to learn about seeing things from the customer's point of view. She wasn't impolite but just lacked that little extra everyone else there has had. They are ready to listen and deliver results including the owner who I talked to personally. He had no qualms about an issue and said to bring it in at our convenience to resolve it and that is what happened, they resolved it.Given the general mistrust consumers have with car repair places, I am confident to have found a place that is on a much higher level than most.
