I had an excellent experience with CARSTAR Robert's Collision (Monterey). From the first day to the last day, the staffs were very helpful especially George who was our estimator. They kept us updated often with the progress of our repair. They had no problem working with our Kia EV even though it was a new model. Although the repair was delayed due to parts, in the end we are very satisfied with the results. Thank you.

They handled my issue easily clear communication and made it a hassle-free situation. They even communicated with the rental company so I can have a car while my car was in the shop and I didn't really have to worry about anything.
