I have been taking my pick up truck for maintenance to Robert's over four years. Their service has been impeccable. I recently traded in my pick up truck for a Mini Cooper. A week after I got my mini, something hit its hood and chipped paint off. As I knew Robert is the best on the peninsula, I took it in without looking for other shops. As I expected repair was flawless and fast! Stuff are all friendly and care for your car as their own. I highly recommend Robert's for both regular maintenance and repair from unfortunate accident.

Our insurance company sent us here & I'm glad that they did. They arranged rental car pickup from their shop, gave an estimate & repaired our spoiler in a timely manner, updating us with phone calls frequently. It took a week & 1/2 to get our car back.

I was referred to Robert's by an insurance company. I was driving on the freeway and I was rear-ended by a Geico policy holder. I was fortunate enough to have a very painless process while dealing with Roberts's. They took care of everything. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed and secure. Michelle, the adjuster, was amazing. She gave me accurate time lines of when my car would be fixed and made sure my rental situation was taken care of. I really appreciate the staff at Robert's because they were able to take a really bad situation for me and make it OK. Michelle even cut me a check for a new car seat while I was siting there. Very nice, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend.

Me and my wife both took our truck and SUV after they had been hit by someone else.My truck had some side damage and the insurance tool care of everything, the front desk person was nice and the manager came out and looked at the damage and wrote me a quote, easy. They took my truck, drove me to enterprise down the road and made sure I got a rental car. 5 days later my truck was done and there were no problems. They detailed the inside and was very happy with the service.My wife's SUV went in the shop on 7th of October, got a rental car for her. It only took 2 days to fix, cleaned the inside and outside, the only problem she had was the inside area to do paper work was really loud because they are remodeling. Overall we are both very satisfied.

Excellent experience. The Shop Manager George was kind, understanding and prompt. But foremost, a special thank you to Annette, who helped with the Farmers Insurance claim. She provided immediate information and stayed on top of the repair beginning to end. Thank you to Robert's!

Great customer service and solid work! I would recommend Roberts to anyone who needs body work done. They were very helpful with answering my questions and providing me with a timeline for my cars repair.
