George worked with my daughter every step of the way after she was hit by someone. It was her first accident and she was away in college. He walked her through everything from insurance to repairs, showed her the car visually to help explain technical terms, and called often to update her through the repairs. The entire team worked with her school and work schedule to get her car back in a timely fashion and within her time table. I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling to understand mechanics or just wants a great shop to repair your vehicle. She drives a 2008 BMW 328i.
