USAA has finally began to return to the Quality Service they have been know For. Roberts Auto Repair CARWORKS deserves their 5 Star Rating. They are not a factory repair shop, they care about the Customer and his Vehicle. They use no Shirtcuts, they do it right the first time. They communicate, they are available, and keep you up to date. They are a Class Act and I applaud USAA for finally getting a company after Covid that keeps their word with integrity and honesty. Kevin, the USAA REP was thorough and very straightforward. The owner made sure every car that left his shop left with everyone’s Satisfaction. Thank you.
