On March 2nd while I was inside a store someone hit my car and left. I was very upset because I have only owned my car 5 months. I filed a claim with Geico my insurance and after explaining to me my options for repairs they set me up for an appointment with the Geico adjuster at Robert's the next day. I left my car on Tuesday and by Wednesday at about noon my car was ready for pick up. Fortunately the damage was minor. My car looks good as if it had never been hit. Linda and Michelle were very helpful and assured me my car would be taken care of and gave me updates on the status of the repairs. I am very satisfied with the overall service I received. My SUV was in a huge accident causing the decimation of my hood. Robert's employees were courteous and sympathetic to me in my time of need. I literally came into the office after my accident crying. The woman who handled my claim hand walked me to the rental car representative and reassured me that all would be well. The process of getting my car repair took a long time because it was over the holidays. The kept me updated as repairs were made via phones calls, text messages and emails. It was all too easy to know what was the status of my SUV. Roberts was a great choice and I would choose them again if I need body work on my car.

My first visit to Roberts I was suprised and impressed at all they had to offer. Sent by Geico for an estimate, I was greeted by a very nice gal at the front desk. Within a few minutes i was surrounded by a whole crew of folks from the Geico rep to Roberts employees all introducing themselves and busy evaluating my vehicle.it was a no brainer that i was going to have Roberts do the work... it wasn't very long, before i had a run down of everything they found visually, was told i would receive a call later that day on the specifics after the car was inspected underneath, i was led around by George who answered all my questions and had me in my rental before i knew it.Received a call later that day with a rundown on everything Roberts would be repairing on my vehicle. initially i was told it would take a week to complete based on receiving parts and paint to complete the job, which i was fine with. That thursday i received a call from Roberts that my vehicle should be completed friday, and it was. Amazing.. I went over the car again with George and was completely impressed with the repairs, paint and the speed at which they performed. If i find myself needing anything in the future, Roberts will be my choice. first rate folks and first rate repair/service.

This time, I was involved in an accident in which the other party takes 100% liability but somehow in the middle of the process, the other insurance company delayed their deposit. Maria worked with me and guided me through the whole process including car rental related issues. Excellent customer service! And this time not only my car was fixed like new again, I got it back earlier than expected! I'd rate Robert's 5/5 and definitely recommend you to choose Robert's if your insurance company asks you whether you have a local preference.

The driver's side door and fender got messed up on our Jeep and we needed it fixed ASAP! The jeep was also having some issues with fluids leaking that needed to be taken care of as well. After some looking around we decided to check out Robert's because they did both auto body and mechanical work and are close to us. Matt helped us out with the body damage quote and asked one of their mechanics a question to help him with the quote. Almost immediately the mechanic spotted the issue with the water pump and this was before I even had a chance to tell them about the mechanical issues. The repairs took about a week and a half which was right in line with how long they said it would take. They also got me a good price on a rental car! I had the work done in Sept and wanted to wait a few months before posting this review to make sure the work held out as I've had issues in the past with other shops. Well Dec. just started and we still couldn't be more happy. We will be using Robert's for any other issues we have in the future.

I have been taking my pick up truck for maintenance to Robert's over four years. Their service has been impeccable. I recently traded in my pick up truck for a Mini Cooper. A week after I got my mini, something hit its hood and chipped paint off. As I knew Robert is the best on the peninsula, I took it in without looking for other shops. As I expected repair was flawless and fast! Stuff are all friendly and care for your car as their own. I highly recommend Robert's for both regular maintenance and repair from unfortunate accident.
