My friend recommended Roberts after I got my car rear ended. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with, she walked me through the whole process and kept in constant contact as to the status of my vehicle. She was positive, friendly, and very helpful as this was my first experience with a repair. I received my car back very quickly and the complementary car wash was a nice surprise! Although I did not need it, it was helpful to know that I could accept complementary shuttle services to pick up and drop off my vehicle. Michelle even offered multiple times to stay after hours should I get stuck in traffic. My car looks great, and I'm very happy with the service I received.
