My friend recommended Roberts after I got my car rear ended. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with, she walked me through the whole process and kept in constant contact as to the status of my vehicle. She was positive, friendly, and very helpful as this was my first experience with a repair. I received my car back very quickly and the complementary car wash was a nice surprise! Although I did not need it, it was helpful to know that I could accept complementary shuttle services to pick up and drop off my vehicle. Michelle even offered multiple times to stay after hours should I get stuck in traffic. My car looks great, and I'm very happy with the service I received.

Robert , Congratulations to you and your entire "TEAM" at Robert's Collision and Repair. My wife's 2006 Mercedes-Benz needed a specific suspension part replaced. From the time I brought the vehicle in, and picked it up, it was a very pleasant transaction. Service manager David Robinson was able to answer any questions. The young lady at the front counter in the mornings is a delightful person to greet your clients and direct them to the correct area. The entire process was a "GREAT ONE" , it is very comforting to me , I know if I am out of town and my wife has a service issue , she would feel at ease coming to your place of business.
