CARSTAR Robert's was very responsive and helpful when I called them about performing repairs on my car through an insurance claim. They scheduled an appointment right away to give me an estimate and talked me through the process of getting a rental car and working with the insurance company. They also quickly uploaded the estimate to the insurance company along with photos of the damage to my vehicle. They performed the repairs in a timely manner and did an excellent job on the repairs.

It's never a good time when your car needs bodywork but I can honestly say that my experience at Carstar/Robert's Collision was exceptional. Matt kept me informed every step of the way from estimate to completion. The car was finished better than new. 5 stars is not enough for the level of attention to detail the whole team put forth!
