Robert's fixed my BMW better than new! The service was wonderful, fast, and guaranteed forever. They kept me updated and informed every step of the way. They gave me options. Their estimate was accurate unlike other places where they seem to add on to everything after the fact. Being a woman, I am so pleased they actually had female adjusters who were kind, considerate and knowledgeable. This was a wonderful experience!

Really good service

I was really pleased with the service and repairs I got from Robert's Collision and Repair. Everything ran smoothly, very clear communication and nice people. The cleaning and detailing of my car was an extra plus... believe me, it needed it!

As usual, over the course of fifteen years, Robert's serviced the car quickly and provided door-to-door shuttle service. The estimate was correct, down to the penny, and David Robinson even took off another ten dollars. Just because. Just because this is Robert's.

Robert's really is as good as it gets! Communication and customer service are 5 stars. They never leave you hanging about the status of your vehicle and always speak courteously and clearly. The actual auto work was quite impressive too. It took less than a week to order parts, install parts, paint and detail. My car looked better than it did when I bought it new. I love an auto shop that will not just clean your car but actually take the time to detail it. I would 100% recommend Robert's... ask for Matt because he's awesome!

My 2009 Ford Flex was hit in the rear bumper while parked in front of my house. My USAA insurance suggested Robert's Collision & Repair to me. Once they had my vehicle they called to inform me that they found additional damage when they took the bumper off. When I received my vehicle it was very cleaned & vacuumed. It was quite pleasant surprise. I was very impressed with their customer service. Hopefully I won't be seeing them any time soon, but if I do need repairs to one of my three vehicles then I will definitely be going back to Roberts collision & repair.

Really good service

Everyone I dealt with (particularly Michelle) was so friendly and helpful. Someone had hit my car in an intersection, and my insurance company recommended that I take my car to Robert's as they could verify that they had good service and had great written warranty to back any of their work. I couldn't have been happier with the service, and my car looks great! They even helped set up a rental car for me while my car was getting repaired. Michelle was in constant contact with me as well throughout the whole repair process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to get some repair work done on their car. The friendly and extremely helpful atmosphere was very much appreciated!
